2026 CMS VOLLEYBALL TRYOUT FORM
Any 6th or 7th grade girl interested in trying out for the CMS Volleyball Team should complete the form linked below. On the day of tryouts, Coach Gaston will walk all participants from CIS to CMS at the end of the school day. Those who will be walking will need a signed parent note giving permission.
**DEADLINE TO SIGN UP & HAVE A CURRENT PHYSICAL TURNED IN IS MONDAY, APRIL 13 BY 2:40 PM**
WHEN: April 14, 15, & 16
WHERE: CMS GYM
TIME: 3:00- 5:00 PM. You must be picked up no later than 5:15pm.
YOU MUST COME TO ALL DAYS OF TRYOUTS.
REQUIRED TO TRYOUT:
* Complete the CMS Volleyball Tryout Google Form
* Turn in a current AHSAA Physical (Forms are available in the CMS Front Office)
- Turn in physicals to the CMS Office or Coach Gaston by Monday, April 13, 2:40PM.
- No student will be allowed to tryout without an up-to-date physical.
* Only 6th Graders) A signed note from your parent allowing you to walk down from CIS to CMS.
Other Information:
* Wear shorts, t-shirt, and tennis shoes.
* Bring water.
* Be in good standing with the school in terms of grades & behavior.
* Tryouts are closed to the public.
* Mandatory Parent/player meeting will be Tuesday, April 21st @ 5:00pm in CMS Gym.
